Last week turned into a bit of a free-for-all with Shawn travelling and Grady adjusting to the school routine. This week I'm buckling down and enforcing our meal plan (famous last words, I fear).
Monday: Oven-roasted Chicken Shawarma with Garlic Sauce. Greek Salad. Turkish bread.
Tuesday: Mississippi Roast served on buns. Green salad.
Wednesday: Leftover Mississippi Roast served on giant green salads.
Thursday: Sausage Egg Roll in a Bowl made with ground turkey instead of sausage.
Friday: Tomato Sauce with Onion and Butter served with pasta and steamed broccoli.
