The weather network tells us we’re going to have a wet week, full of drizzle and a summer storm. I’m digging up some autumn recipes is what I’m saying.
Monday: Barbecued cheeseburgers served with kale salad.
Tuesday: Curried Lentil, Tomato, and Coconut Soup
Wednesday: Classic Beef Chili served with cornbread and green salad.
Thursday: leftovers or sushi depending on how the week goes.
Friday: Shawn’s playing an outdoor, all-ages gig so the kids and I will pack a picnic snacky dinner to eat while we enjoy the show.
