Meal Plan 12/02/19 - 12/06/19

Today was the last F1 race of the season so I made an elaborate brunch to eat while we watched. I chopped, sauteed, and poached and had fun in the kitchen. I love food. I don’t know how but I’m going to try to bring some of my weekend brunch joy into cooking during the week. Just not this week because I forgot to skip my Goodfood box so we’re getting our meals delivered this week.

Monday: Mirin-Glazed Salmon with Sesame-Black Salt over Fragrant Rice & Asian Greens by Goodfood

Tuesday: Maple-Mustard Glazed Mini Meatloaves over Mashed Potatoes & Roasted Broccoli by Goodfood

Wednesday: Chicken Masala Braised in Coconut Milk over Basmati Rice by Goodfood

Thursday: Nutty Harvest Honeycrisp Kale Salad

Friday: I’m going out with a friend so Shawn and the kids will probably order a pizza.

I made these ginger cookies for Grady’s recess snacks and I baked this pumpkin loaf for festive snacking (real talk: and indulgent breakfasts on the go).
