Monday: Bacon Mushroom Spinach Frittata
Tuesday: Hungarian Mushroom Soup served with Ligurian Focaccia
Wednesday: Build-your-own snack plate of leftover focaccia, salami, cheese, pickles, fresh veg, nuts, sliced apples, etc
Thursday: White Chicken Chili served with avocado, cilantro, quick-pickled onions, tortilla chips
Friday: english muffin personal pizzas!
