Meal Plan 02/08/21 - 02/12/21

I can’t believe it’s time to figure out food again. I am unmotivated and uninspired and unwilling. And yet, the tiny people who live in my house need to eat more than cereal and popcorn for dinner every night. Or so I’m told.

Monday: Spaghetti, garlic bread, apple slices.

Tuesday: BLTs with avocado on the good seedy bread.

Wednesday: Cauliflower Lentil Salad with Maple Tahini Dressing

Thursday: Coconut Fish Curry served with rice and green beans.

Friday: Leftovers? Takeout? Cereal and popcorn? I literally have no idea.
