Meal Plan 09/28/20 - 10/02/20

It’s my favourite time of the week (she says sarcastically while gritting her teeth): time to think about what these people* are going to eat all week.

*the cherished people who live in my house, who I love very much, who need to eat every single day, MULTIPLE times per day. In THIS pandemic?!

We can do hard things, pals. I haven’t been able to make a meal plan and stick to it in mumblemumble weeks but I’m an optimist at heart and I’ll never stop trying.

Monday: Tortilla Soup with cornbread.

Tuesday: Vaca Frita served with Cuban-style Black Beans.

Wednesday: Miso Sweet Potato and Broccoli Bowl vegetarian for me, with leftover beef for Shawn.

Thursday: Leftovers.

Friday: Honey Garlic Pork Meatballs served with quinoa and Responsibility Broccoli.
