I am so unmotivated to meal plan this week. I am digging deep here, y’all, and easing into the week with cheese.
Monday: Homemade queso and guacamole, taco chips, Responsibility Broccoli.
Tuesday: I froze the leftovers from last week’s Oven-Braised Beef with Tomatoes and Garlic and I’m going to turn it into beef and barley soup and serve it with sourdough toast.
Wednesday: Vinegar Chicken with Crushed Olive Dressing served with Roasted Vegetable Couscous.
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: snack plate dinner featuring a lot of fresh fruit and veg to try to reset our tastebuds after our post-Hallowe’en candy shenanigans.
