Meal Plan 11/14/2016 - 11/18/2016

We've got a busy week ahead of us so I'm focusing on quick, nutritious meals to keep us going. Bonus points for easy prep and lots of leftovers.

Monday: Oven-roasted chicken shawarma with garlic sauce. Roasted beet, cucumber, tomato, feta salad.

Tuesday: Turkey tacos with guacamole and fresh salsa. Roasted sweet potatoes.

Wednesday: Mango chicken served over quinoa with a side of responsibility broccoli.

Thursday: Giant green salads topped with leftover cold mango chicken.

Friday: Homemade pizza.
