Tuesday: Blackened Salmon Tacos 2.0 (aka leftovers)
Wednesday: Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Wings served with fresh veg and hummus. I’m against cauliflower masquerading as other foods, but I make an exception for cauliflower wings because I don’t even like chicken wings so this doesn’t feel like a weird cauliflower substitute, it feels like a satisfying way to get more buffalo sauce in my face hole.
Friday: Homemade Pan Pizza served with green salad.
