Thursday: Pierogies and smokies served with sour cream, sauteed onions, and quick-pickled purple cabbage. Thursday is Fart City apparently.
Friday: Leftovers or toddler dinner (chopped veg, yogurt, goldfish crackers) or takeout pizza. Let's see where the week takes us.
