Meal Plan 06/12/2017 - 06/16/2017

Grady's baseball season has finished so we're back to relaxed evenings during the week (for now). With the weather heating up, we're looking for simple meals that don't require a lot of kitchen time (long live the barbecue!). 

Monday: Rainbow Quinoa Salad for Meatless Monday.

Tuesday: Spinach salad topped with Grilled Flank Steak

Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner with leftover steak, cheesy scrambled eggs, roasted tomatoes, and pancakes made by Grady.

Thursday: Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas tacos with guacamole and fresh salsa.

Friday: Nachos topped with leftover taco bits from the night before.
