I'm feeling a little grumpy about food right now. Picky eating, crappy fruit and veg, boring weekday meals, some serious first world problems I know. But here I am. Grumpy.
Monday: Cumin Lime Black Bean Quinoa Salad with avocado and a side of chicken wings for those of us who don't observe Meatless Monday, Shawn.
Tuesday: Greek Turkey Meatball Gyro with Tzatziki served with fresh veggies.
Thursday: Chicken Enchiladas.
Friday: Leftovers? Pizza? Charcuterie Friday? It's anyone's guess.
