Meal Plan 02/27/2017 - 03/03/2017

I was recently given the Thug Kitchen 101 cookbook so this week* we're embracing vegan (sorry not sorry, Shawn) (*not all week; I don't have time for that).

Monday: Red Curry Noodles (but I only have green curry paste so mine will be Green Curry Noodles)

Tuesday: Shredded Brussels Sprouts and Quinoa Pilaf

Wednesday: leftovers

Thursday: Quinoa Tacos with roasted sweet potatoes and Coconut Lime Rice

Friday: leftovers
