So here's the thing: it is very good timing for my family that this week is a HelloFresh week because otherwise they would be eating a lot of cereal for dinner. Do you ever feel done? Just...done? Like, no I cannot make one more meal, field one more request, hear one more complaint, listen to one more critique, navigate one more hours-long negotiation to try a ding dang new food, ETC. level of done? That's where I am. Done.
Monday: I pulled a bag of lentil soup out of the freezer to defrost for Meatless Monday. Don't like lentils? I don't care. Done.
Tuesday: HelloFresh Tuesday!
Wednesday: HelloFresh Wednesday!
Thursday: HelloFresh Thursday!
Friday: Pancakes or pizza delivery or maybe I will take myself out on a solo sushi date. DONE.
