Meal Plan 08/29/2016 - 09/02/2016

Grady starts school in a little over a week (WHAT?!) so I'm keeping meals pretty simple this week. I want to spend his last week of summer soaking up the sun (and labelling school supplies) instead of stuck in the kitchen.

Monday: Sweet and Sour Tofu served with garlicky broccoli and bell peppers.

Tuesday: Grilled flank steak over arugula salad.

Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner! Leftover flank steak, fried eggs, buttermilk pancakes, and fresh fruit.

Thursday: Thai Coconut Curry Turkey Meatballs served with garlicky broccoli and bell peppers.

Friday: Nachos topped with slow cooker carnitas (I made this last week and froze half) served with guacamole and fresh salsa. A side of responsibility vegetables.
