I'm attempting to jump back on the meal planning wagon but I'm not going to hold myself to it too strictly this week.
Monday: Fish tacos with fresh cherry salsa.
Tuesday: oven-baked salmon served with green salad and garlic bread.
Wednesday: lettuce-wrapped burgers.
Thursday: barbecued chicken wings for Shawn, fresh veg and hummus for me, sautéed zucchini and bell peppers for both of us.
Friday: homemade pizza!
