This summery salsa is quick to throw together and makes a tasty addition to fish tacos, on top of grilled chicken burgers, or simply as a dip for taco chips.
10 cherries, pits removed, sliced finely
avocado, peeled and diced finely
2 green onions, sliced finely
1 small clove garlic, minced
juice of 1 lime
Tabasco sauce and salt to taste
Mix ingredients together well. Serve with vessel of your choice (or eat directly from the bowl with a spoon, this is a safe space, no judgment here).
Keeps for a few hours in the fridge thanks to the lime juice but the avocado doesn't allow for much beyond that.
