Still a million weeks pregnant. Still attempting quick and easy meals because everything is challenging. Also not wanting to fill my fridge with too much fresh food just in case we end up birthing a baby this week (pleeeeease) so aiming for things that can be either prepped from the freezer or thrown into the freezer if we vacate the premises.
Monday: Avocado Eggs Benedict (for me, hashtag: meatless Monday) and regular for Shawn (hashtag: Canadian Bacon)
Tuesday: Snacky dinner. Fresh fruit and veg. Hummus, salsa and taco chips. Salami. Pickled green beans. Chicken wings for Shawn.
Wednesday: Shredded chicken burritos from the freezer. Guacamole. Fresh fruit and veg.
Thursday: Grilled flank steak (it's a summer staple!) over a big green salad.
Friday: Homemade pizza.
