Meal Plan 5/2/2016 - 5/6/2016

It's warmed up considerably this week so my oven is staying off as much as possible. Also, cooking and eating continue to be fairly terrible so my goal is protein-rich meals that are quick and easy.

Monday: Barbecued chicken burgers, coleslaw, grilled zucchini, mushrooms, and bell peppers.

Tuesday: Baked salmon on green salad.

Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner. Turkey sausages, buttermilk pancakes, cheesy scrambled eggs, assorted fresh fruit and veg.

Thursday: Barbecued flank steak tacos served with roasted sweet potatoes and guacamole.

Friday: Leftovers or takeout pizza.
