Monday: Last week I doubled my Rosemary Cheddar Meatloaf recipe and froze half for burger patties so we'll do barbecued cheeseburgers.
Tuesday: Shawn's going to be out so Grady and I will either order pizza or eat cereal.
Wednesday: Green salad with shredded chicken.
Thursday: Nachos topped with shredded chicken (three cheers for crockpot chicken!). Guacamole and fresh veggies. Green juice.
Friday: Barbecued flank steak served with grilled zucchini and bell peppers and roasted sweet potatoes.
