Meal Plan 4/11/2016 - 4/15/2016

Last week's meal plan made life a lot easier so I'm forcing myself to keep the momentum up this week even though I'm completely lacking in motivation.

Monday: Barbecued chicken souvlaki skewers (purchased from the butcher because I'm all about the convenience right now) served with roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli slaw.

Tuesday: Rosemary Cheddar Meatloaf topped with marinara sauce and served with leftover roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli slaw (because convenience).

Wednesday: Duplicate of Tuesday night's dinner (conveeeeenience) with green salad if we run out of broccoli slaw.

Thursday: Boiled pierogis topped with sour cream and green onions, barbecued smokies, green salad.

Friday: Barbecued burgers, sweet potato oven fries, herbal green juice.
