Everything is a bit challenging right now so this week's meal plan is full of quick and easy meals that don't require a big grocery shop or a lot of brain power.
Monday: Black Bean Sweet Potato Soup.
Tuesday: Breakfast for dinner. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon. Green juice.
Wednesday: Tacos. Probably beef unless fish stops feeling like the devil's food and I can make and eat salmon tacos without throwing up.
Thursday: Ginger Garlic Meatballs made with ground turkey. Served with steamed broccoli and brown rice.
Friday: we're having brunch at my parents' house so my plan is to fill up there and not cook at all. We're having friends over Friday evening so there will be many types of cheese and carbs.
