Meal Plan 2/15/2016 - 2/19/2016

My cooking strike only extends as far as the toddler so I'll continue to cook yummy food for me and Shawn this week (and Grady will continue to exist on yogurt and pancakes and air).

Monday: I bought the ingredients for Smitten Kitchen's Sweet Potato and Sausage Soup last week but didn't get it made so it's on the menu for this week.

Tuesday: Leftover soup with green juice and fresh bread from the bakery.  

Wednesday: Simple baked salmon with roasted cauliflower and broccoli slaw.

Thursday: Barbecued chicken breast with leftover roasted cauliflower and broccoli slaw.

Friday: Poutine! We're meeting friends downtown to partake in the Vancouver Foodster 5th Annual Poutine Challenge. Yeah, baby.
