I've reached that point where I'm annoyed that people need to eat every damn day so this week's meal plan is uninspired. I need a jolt of I-don't-know-what to make me enjoy cooking for my family again. Suggestions?
Tuesday: turkey meatloaf served with leftover broccoli slaw and roasted sweet potatoes.
Wednesday: One-pot Swedish Meatball Pasta served with a side of Responsibility Broccoli. I made this last week and it is so good. It makes excellent leftovers (win!). Grady ate it (smothered in ketchup) (WIN!). One note: the recipe calls for 1/2 tablespoon salt and pepper in the meatballs and broth and I'm pretty sure this should be 1/2 teaspoon.
Thursday: Oven-roasted Chicken Shawarma with Garlic Sauce served with a tomato cucumber salad.
Friday: Leftovers or homemade pizza.
