Christmas is a lot of fun with kids but Shawn and I want to make sure it's not just mountains of presents and buckets of sweet treats for Grady and Poppy. Don't get me wrong, there will be presents and sweets and the many indulgences of the holiday season, but we want to make sure we're introducing the other stuff too. The time spent with family and friends. The traditions brought with us from our childhoods and the new traditions we're discovering as our own family unit.

We want to expose our kids to the magic of the holidays so we're excited to check out Timberline Ranch's Country Christmas. Located in Maple Ridge, Timberline Ranch brings us back to a more traditional Christmas celebration. Kids can enjoy cookie decorating, a hay maze, a covered chuck wagon ride, Christmas tree display, pony rides, crafting their own tree ornament in the workshop, and more.
