Meal Plan 11/28/2016 - 12/02/2016

I'm in a bit of a funk, food and otherwise. I know if I don't make a meal plan we'll end up eating takeout or grilled cheese sandwiches every night this week so I'm digging deep and trying to think of easy meals that will fill our bellies and make us feel good.

Monday: Mujadara topped with the garlic sauce I make when I do the oven-roasted chicken shawarma.

Tuesday: One-pot Swedish Meatball Pasta served with responsibility broccoli

Wednesday: turkey tacos served with fresh guacamole

Thursday: roasted sweet potatoes with leftover taco toppings

Friday: Cozy Butternut, Sweet Potato, and Red Lentil Stew

Let's see if Shawn notices we're eating vegetarian meals twice this week. I should probably grab some beef jerky from the butcher so I can throw it at him when he starts complaining about wasting away.
