I think this may be the easiest meal plan I've ever done. I hesitate to even call it a plan because there's so little effort involved but here it is:
Monday: Thanksgiving leftovers.
Tuesday: homemade pizza served with green salad.
Wednesday: Happy birthday to ME! I don't know what we're doing for dinner, I just know I'm not cooking.
Thursday: Indian Spiced Cauliflower Soup served with green salad.
Friday: repeat of Thursday.
