Meal Plan 10/31/2016 - 11/04/2016

We're just back from a lovely weekend away with friends. As we drove away from the cabin, Shawn and I both groaned and proclaimed that this week is going to be a low-carb, low-sugar (ha!) week. Of course tonight is a total write-off because of Hallowe'en but after that it's all kale all the time.

Monday: Tomato Orange Soup and grilled cheese sandwiches before we head out trick-or-treating.

Tuesday: Spinach salad topped with baked salmon.

Wednesday: Cauliflower Cheese Sauce over pasta for Grady and over roasted broccoli with a side of buttermilk baked chicken breast for the grownups.

Thursday: Breakfast for dinner: roasted sweet potatoes and cherry tomatoes, sautéed spinach with garlic topped with poached eggs. Pancakes for Grady.

Friday: Leftovers / homemade pizza / everyone fend for themselves.
