We've got a very full week ahead of us so our meals need to be simple and easy to throw together.
Monday: I've been craving butter chicken ever since friends brought it over for my birthday. I want to try to make a butter chicken soup that's a little more nutritious than your average butter chicken served over rice with naan. This could be a disaster. I'll keep you posted.
Tuesday: Cottage pie topped with sweet potato mash.
Wednesday: Tomato Orange Soup served with BLTs.
Friday: We're out! No cooking required! (happy dance)
