I didn't manage to make a meal plan last week and it caused chaos. I didn't realize how much I've grown to rely on having a simple meal plan from which to build my grocery list. Everything was a bit of a mess last week.
Monday: Grady and I will be out so Shawn will scavenge for leftovers.
Tuesday: Shredded-chicken-taco-stuffed bell peppers served with guacamole and salsa. Fruit plate.
Wednesday: Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce. Served with lettuce, shredded carrots, diced cucumber, and green onions for making wraps because I cannot be arsed to skewer and grill the meat.
Thursday: Leftovers and a fresh fruit and veggie plate.
Friday: Homemade pizza served with, you guessed it, cut up fruit and veg.
