Meal Plan 1/18/2016 - 1/22/2016

January is kind of messing with my meal plans because Grady and I are at my parents' house for dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays all month. This week I made a giant salad and packed it for my work lunches and left some for Shawn to eat while we're gone.

Monday and Tuesday: Shawn will eat my Calcium-Rich Chopped Salad with Orange Vinaigrette topped with shredded chicken.

Wednesday: Almond-crusted Tilapia served with roasted sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Thursday: Homemade pizza

Friday: Taco night! Hopefully with guacamole if I can find some decent avocados (which is no small feat recently.)
