It's cold and frosty here so my meal plan is full of comfort food this week. It's sadly lacking in pasta even though the only thing I want to eat lately is all the carbs.
Monday: Versatile Veggie Curry with Cilantro Yogurt leftovers for meatless Monday.
Tuesday: Sweet-Sour Crockpot Pork Tenderloin served with steamed broccoli and carrots
Wednesday: simple roast chicken served with garlic smashed sweet potatoes, roasted cauliflower, and steamed broccoli.
Thursday: nachos topped with leftover roast chicken served with guacamole.
Friday: leftovers or breakfast for dinner.
