I've gained some weight recently. Not a lot but enough that I feel awkward and uncomfortable in my own skin. Part of it is a medication thing. Part of it is bad stress eating habits. Whatever the reason, here I am. Feeling heavy. 

I know what I need to do. I need to exercise more (I haven't been on my bike since the weather turned mid-October.) I need to eat less sugar (this scares me more than giving up coffee.) But I don't know where to start.
