So this is only interesting to locals but I promise, locals, it's worth a read.

Last month Shawn and I were invited to Roos Pub to taste their new menu items. They just finished renovating and are celebrating their grand re-opening this week.

You guys, I had 1/4 of the Roos Signature Beef Burger a month ago and I'm still dreaming about it. I love burgers. I can name my top five burgers right here right now (but I won't. You're welcome.) The Roos burger patty is house made (big points!) and is topped with a bevy of delicious toppings like applewood smoked black pepper bacon and crispy onions.

Shawn and I are heading back this week (under our own accord! No disclosure notice needed!) for more grand re-opening shenanigans. If you're in the Tri-Cities area, I highly recommend you check it out. The beer selection is outstanding and every menu item I tasted was delicious.
